Set thresholds for Caseload Rating, Total Case Managed, and Total Students.

  1. Proceed to the Admin section, then navigate to Provider Maintenance and select Caseload Threshold Maintenance.

  2. You have two options available: you can either utilize the search function or navigate through the tree menu.

    1. Should you choose to use the search option, input a relevant keyword and proceed by clicking on the search button.

      1. The tree structure will populate with items that match your search criteria.

      2. To revert back to the default tree view, simply click on the clear button.

    2. Alternatively, if you opt for browsing through the menu tree, scroll through until you find your desired item.

  3. Please select a Service Delivery Model Group from the dropdown menu to view the threshold details.


Modify Threshold

  1. Choose a Provider Specialty.

  2. Select a Service Delivery Model Group from the dropdown menu

  3. Select the Edit button located next to the threshold you wish to modify.

  4. Adjust the ranges using the sliders and/or arrows.

  5. Don't forget to click on the Save button once you're done with your modifications.


Delete Threshold

  1. Choose a Provider Specialty.

  2. Select a Service Delivery Model Group from the dropdown menu

  3. Locate and click on the Delete button next to the desired threshold.

  4. To confirm, please click the OK button in the popup box.


Add Threshold

  1. Choose a Provider Specialty.

  2. Select a Service Delivery Model Group from the dropdown menu

  3. Pick a school category from the drop-down list.

  4. Click on the Add button.

  5. Proceed to repeat as required until all thresholds have been added.
