This article shows how to login to the the SSD Help Center to submit a ticket to one of the department service desks.
You may also access the SSD Help Center by going directly to the URL: https://ssdmo.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals.
If you are already logged into your SSD Office 365 account, you will automatically be logged in to the SSD Help Center.
Go to the SSD Portal, https://portal.ssdmo.org
Click on the Applications link and click the SSD Help Center button.
Enter your SSD email address and click Next.
Click Log in with single sign-on.
You will be redirected to the Microsoft sign in screen. Enter your SSD email address and click Next.
On the Special School District sign in screen, enter your SSD password and click Sign in.
Now you will be redirected to the SSD Help Center screen.
