It is recommended that you use portal.ssdmo.org to log into the SafeSchools application. It will look like this on one of the Application Pages.

If you go directly to SafeSchools website then you enter your employee ID number as your username and you should gain access to the content |
Downloading Certificates (Windows 10/11)
Click on the green “Certificate” button next to the completed module.
Right click anywhere on the following webpage (It should be a certificate of completion)
Select “Print”
You will choose “Save as PDF” under the printer option. It should look similar to this:
Select “Save” button
Make sure to take note of where you save your file and name it appropriately.
Downloading Certificates (MacOS)
Click on the green “Certificate” button next to the completed module.
If using the Mac track pad place two fingers on the pad and click.
Select “Print Page”
Select “Save as PDF”
Name it appropriately and note where you’re saving your file
Click the “Save” button
Restarting a previously completed course

If you restarted a course and it did not update the certificate date then you should contact Jerry Kendrick at jkendrick@ssdmo.org for further assistance. |
Chose the course that you’d like to restart
Click the “Restart Course” link
You will be taken to the start of the course again
