Student requires an active statusis “ACTIVE” on ESI Status:

1. Search for student

2. ESI Status is “ACTIVE” in header  

A student’s record is ACTIVE in ESI the next business day after the first event (Initial Joint Review or Transfer event) has been completed by the Primary Staff assigned to it in Phoenix (based on most recent enrollment)

Phoenix Status is “ACTIVE (SPECIAL ED), ENROLLED” or “ACTIVE (NON-RESIDENT SERVICES PLAN), ENROLLED” in header  

ACTIVE (SPECIAL ED) indicates the Case Manager has locked an active plan in Phoenix

ENROLLED indicates the student has been enrolled by the Intake Department in ESI and added to Phoenix the next business day

If student is SNAP, must have SNAP indicator on student code

1. Search for student

2. Check for “SNAP Indicator” on Student Codes tab

Must have at least one Medicaid-eligible service, service minutes greater than zero with a current start date that has started and end date has not endedpassed
