We are excited to announce the upgrade of Infor Workforce Management (WFM). This modern, cloud-based system is designed to ensure accuracy and ease in tracking attendance.
This upgrade will go live on October 1, 2024.
Key Benefits:
Fully Supported: An upgrade of our current system was necessary for the district to remain on a supported and secure time and attendance system.
Ease of Use: A user-friendly app, Infor GO, allows staff to manage time with just a few clicks.
Integration: The system will connect with the new suite of products from the Infor Cloudsuite that SSD will be implementing over the next several years.
User Interface: Since this is an upgrade, the user interface is the same as what you are currently using with a few additional features.
Additional Features:
Improvements have been made to field labels to support easier navigation.
Staff can clock in even with no access to cell service. The app will save your clock and register it when you connect to the internet.
If request a week off, you can cancel one day instead of needing to cancel the week and then making a new request.
Supervisors will be able to see balance information when approving time.

A new screen has been developed to enable administrators of the pilot groups to configure provider specialty components. They can set adjustment factors and valence for components associated with each specialty.
A new screen has been developed to enable administrators of the pilot groups to set thresholds for each service delivery model group based on school category. These thresholds establish the parameters for underutilized, managed, and overloaded caseload ratings assigned to the providers within the pilot groups.
