Reviewing, Correcting and Authorizing using the Supervisor Approval Worksheet

Use this article when you need help correcting or authorizing time off using the WFM site.

Step-by-step guide

The Time Off Calendar allows a user to request different types of time off (if your system has been configured to do so). Time off could mean vacation, but it could also mean a sick day, maternity leave, jury duty, etc. Creating and submitting time off from WFM is a very simple, efficient process.

  1. Point your cursor to the Worked box.  

  2. The pop-up box will reveal a summary of work for that day.

  3. Click the Down Arrow button.

    1. On this screen you may authorize/unauthorize, lock, comment, edit and mark absences. Each clock is recorded here. You may click on the time to change the date or delete it. You may then add a new clock punch by clicking the Add icon and typing in he date and time.

  4. Click the Left arrow button.

  5. The drop down displays all the punches and time codes for that day.

  6. Click the Left arrow button again to close.

  7. Click the Up arrow button to return to the work summary screen.

    1. Authorizing time can be done for an individual employee for the entire time period, one day at a time or to approve  all employees with a single click.

  8. Click the Authorize button.

  9. Click the Authorize All button.

    1. You may also approve specific days for an individual employee.

  10. Click the Unauthorize All button.

    1. You may also approve specific days for an individual employee.

  11. Click the Authorize button.

  12. Click the Authorize All button.

  13. Click the Submit button.
