The SSD Intake Department creates this event for a referral after receiving and processing the Student Records Search form. The event is completed and locked by the School Psychologist.
Depending on the outcomes chosen and decisions made as a result of the Initial Joint Review and Review of Existing Data, Phoenix will generate the next required event.
