All users must clear their browser cache after this release, use the steps in the link below to clear cache from the browser then restart the computer after the cache has been cleared. Clearing Cache – Desktop Operating System Browsers.

Reference Links in User Messages

  • A bug was introduced which caused the URLs in Phoenix User Messages to open in the same page. This caused some navigation user error and confusion. The fix now opens the URLs in a new browser tab.

  • A bug was introduced which caused the unsupported special character error message to appear blank with a green banner. The fix will now display a red banner with an error message.

Service stopping on web front end and Auto-log off

  • A bug was causing servers to cache data incorrectly leading to a server to crash. The fix corrected this area of code

  • Auto log off time for an inactive user session has decreased from 120 minutes to 15 minutes.
