Adjusting the display zoom level in Outlook from your web browser

  1. Typically on the web you will be viewing your email in a Reading Pane, which defaults to the right side of your Outlook web access. There will be a magnifying glass zoom control in the top right:

  2. Using the drop-down menu from the magnifying glass you can adjust the zoom level of the Reading Pane larger or smaller, or Reset back to default (100%)

  3. When using the Reading Pane, if the Reading Pane zoom is adjusted beyond 100% there is a point where the email Subject/Title disappears as well as the zoom controls. To fix this:

    1. Close Outlook web access, and Reopen Outlook web access

    2. Click on an email from the center column to view the message body in the Reading Pane

    3. Click on Reset in the Reading Pane zoom options controls
