Known Issue: WFM Partial Time Requests on iOS Devices

There is currently a bug when requesting partial time off with WFM Mobility on iOS v16.  We have opened a support ticket with Infor regarding this issue.  While this case is being reviewed there is a temporary workaround for partial time off requests for iOS users using v16. 

Workaround steps

  1. Open the Chrome iOS app on your device.

  2. Open the https://wfm.ssdmo.org/mobility/ site that you want to view in the Desktop version.

  3. Tap on the horizontal 3 dots icon for the menu list.

  4. Scroll down in the list and choose the Request Desktop Site command.

The website will reload, and you will see the desktop view of the website.  This workaround will allow you to submit a partial time off request on your iOS device.
