Phoenix and ESI will be temporarily unavailable as of 6:30 PM on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, for scheduled maintenance. The applications will be available for use later that night. This update to the Phoenix application includes the following fix(es):
Bug which caused the URLs in Phoenix User Messages to open in the same page. has been resolved.
Bug which caused he unsupported special character error message to appear blank with a green banner has been resolved.
Bug which caused servers to cache data incorrectly leading to a server to crash has been resolved.
Auto log off time for an inactive user session has decreased from 120 minutes to 15 minutes.
Terminology has been updated for some accommodations on form D, https://ssdmo.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/TSKC/pages/2100428801
All users must clear their browser cache after this release, use the steps in the link below to clear cache from the browser then restart the computer after the cache has been cleared. Clearing Cache – Desktop Operating System Browsers.
