Objective

To understand and manage imported time-off requests in the WFM system effectively.

Key Steps

  1. Access the Infor WFM self-service portal on your phone or PC.

  2. Click on the button to view your time-off calendar.

  3. Navigate through the calendar to locate the month with imported time-off requests.

  4. Identify imported time-off requests by the status "applied" and the comment "imported record…."

  5. Contact your attendance secretary or supervisor if any imported time-off requests need editing or cancellation.

  6. Verify the accuracy of partial day absences with your attendance secretary or supervisor.

  7. Request cancellation of any unnecessary imported records through your supervisor or attendance secretary.

Cautionary Notes

  • Imported time-off requests will have the status "applied" and the comment "imported record…."

  • Partial day absences may have incorrect hour timestamps due to the import process. However, the hours applied are accurate

  • Contact your supervisor for any questions regarding hours or accuracy of imported records.

  • Cancelling imported time-off requests requires contacting your supervisor or attendance secretary.
