This release of ESI included building out the technology needed to support the district’s vision for maintaining caseloads for providers, as well as evaluation staff. Tasks included analyzing the data needs, creating and building out a database structure, creating two new screens in ESI, updating the provider maintenance screen, and security updates. Approximately 1,100 hours of technology development time have been spent on this project to date. Upon this initial release, all staff will not have access to this information. Work is being completed through a pilot group and staff within the pilot group for the 2024-2025 will work with their supervisors on understanding this roll-out. Decisions will be made as part of the pilot on how information will be visible to staff.
