Instructions
Logging in to Frontline
Login to the SSD Portal, https://portal.ssdmo.org, with your SSD username and password.
Click on the Applications tab at the bottom of the screen.
Click the Frontline tile.
Forgot ID / Username
Click on I forgot my ID or username link on the log in screen.
Type in your Email address.
Click on the Email Username button.
Forgot Pin / Password
Click on I forgot my PIN or password link on the log in screen.
Type in your ID or Username.
Click on the Continue button.
