GoalBook is software teachers and other members of an IEP team can use to assist with goal-writing for IEPs.

If you need a Goalbook account, you may email Carla Ezell at (csezell@ssdmo.org) or Amber DelGaiso (akdelgaiso@ssdmo.org). Carla or Amber Scott Crooks at sdcrooks@ssdmo.org and Scott will then request an account for you from Goalbook.

Instructions

The login info for Goalbook accounts is as follows:

• Username: SSD email address

• Password: ssd123 (all lowercase)

To reset your password:

1. Navigate your web browser to http://www.goalbookapp.com

2. Click the orange Sign In button at the top right-hand corner of the Goalbook homepage

3. Click “Forgot Password” at the bottom of the sign in box

4. Enter your SSD email address in the box when prompted and click the green Send Instructions button
