Non-Provider Reports - Administrators and Secretaries

  1. Administrators and Secretaries can create reports for any Case Manager, provider, district, school, etc.

  2. The reports can be filtered by administrator, provider, district, student group (i.e. Early Childhood, Homebound, SNAP, etc.), etc.

  3. For information about the available reports download the List and Descriptions of Non Provider Reports.

  4. Instructions for viewing reports are included on the Phoenix Reports - Non-Providers Quick Start.

  5. Click the Non-Provider button to view the available reports.

  6. The list of reports displays. Click the tile for the report you wish to view.

*NOTE: When an audit report is run and “No LRE” is returned as a result, it’s likely that a new IEP for that student was recently locked and will initiate within 10 days. In those cases, the audit flag will self-correct once the new IEP is active.
**NOTE: When a report for overdue progress reports is run, it is possible that progress was duplicated or that the system auto-generated progress and the staff manually generated reports as well. When this happens, staff can confirm that the progress duplicated by comparing completed and pending progress. Once duplication is confirmed, on or after the due date the duplicate progress can be deleted from PENDING: https://ssdmo.atlassian.net/l/cp/iQEH2Ge1
