Use this article when you need help accessing and/or need help with TalentEd.
Accessing and Login
Login to the SSD Portal, https://portal.ssdmo.org, with your SSD username and password.
Click on the Applications tab at the top of the screen.
Click TalentEd.
Image ModifiedLogin to TalentEd using your username (SSD email address : fmlast@ssdmo.org) and password that you have set up the first time you accessed TalentEd.
If you forgot your password, click the Forgot your password? link and follow the on-screen prompts.

If you need help with how to use TalentEd, the system has a built in knowledge base. SSD Technology Services only supports browser and computer issues preventing you from accessing TalentEd. All help and questions about how to use TalentEd forms and processes are supported through the online knowledge base or through SSD's Human Resources contact. |
Help Knowledge Base
The TalentEd knowledge base is maintained and updated by TalentEd. Search through available articles addressing issues, problems and how to dos. You may also create case ticket and someone from TalentEd will address your issue.
Scroll down to the bottom of the home page and click on the Help link to watch online videos and tutorials.

You may search the knowledge base by typing in your issue or question.
Popular articles are listed that may solve your issue or question.
Click on the Cases tab to submit a question to the TalentEd support team.
Click on Create a case.
Select a case record type.
Complete the form with the required information and click Save.
Ask HR a Question
If you cannot find on of your assigned tasks or need help unlocking a form or have a question about how SSD uses TalentEd you may submit a question to SSD's Human Resources department.
Scroll down to the bottom of the home page and click on the Ask HR link to submit a question.

Click the Send Question button.
You will receive an e-mail response from SSD's HR contact person.
