OneDrive is a Microsoft cloud storage service that lets you store your files in one place, share them with SSD staff, and get to them from any device connected to the Internet.

Tip

OneDrive is an Office 365 application and requires every SSD staff member to sign in using their SSD UPN and password. For help with accessing Office 365, please go to Logging into Office 365 and Outlook (Email) and return to this page.

Using OneDrive on your devices

  • The OneDrive for Business application (PC and Mac) is included in the Office 365 application suite. For more information about ensuring you have Office 365 installed on your device, contact the Technology Services Help Desk.

  • OneDrive may be accessed through the web application at https:/www.office.com. Sign in with your SSD username and password. The web application is very easy to use and provides access to all your files without the need to download an application to a PC or Mac.

  • OneDrive also has a mobile application which can be used to access files on the go. You may download these applications here, https://onedrive.live.com/about/en-us/download/
