These are steps to generate a list of students who are pending enrollment and then processed for EC Coalition services. This process is based on user permissions.
Step-by-step
Click Reports on the main menu options
Select Process Reports from the File Menu
In the Pending reports section, choose Load the appropriate EC Coalition Report
The following is a sample report of the reports that will generate
Select Processed on the student row after the Initial Joint Review/Consent event for the student has been created in Phoenix
Go to Load> (choose the appropriate EC Coalition report) in the Group: Processed reports section
The report generates and the student appears on the report
