Student Services tab - Student Services Manager / Case Grid

• A new column has been added to show the number of active devices.

Student Services tab - Device Tab

• A button has been added to toggle between displaying active and inactive devices. When the Device tab is selected, the button defaults to ‘Active’.

• A column has been added to the Device grid showing the Status of the device.

• A field has been added to Device Details to change the Device Status to either ‘Active’ or ‘Inactive’.

• The Device Provided By field has moved to the second column.

• The status of all devices with ‘Inactive’ entered in the ‘Model #’ column has been changed to ‘Inactive’. All others will need to be changed manually. For more information see ESI: Student Services - Device Tab
