Which Students Appear on my Caseload in Phoenix?
Your Caseload in Phoenix includes all students you are assigned to in Phoenix as Case Manager, Event Primary Staff, Service Provider for an active service or Goal Responsible Staff for an active goal. This can include students from the past but are no longer responsible for.
How do I Update My Caseload?
If a student should no longer be on your Caseload you can view the items assigned to you on Student Staff Management for the student, or on Staff Management for all students assigned to you. You can then update the assignments or unassign an item. When you are no longer assigned as Case Manager, Event Primary Staff, a Service provider, or Goal Responsible Staff the student will no longer be included on your Caseload.
