 The board won’t turn on, what can I do?

There is a power switch on the board.  Depending on what model of board you have depends on how you power off the board.  On older models there is a power switch on the left side of the board.  On newer boards you will hold down the sleep button located near the lower right corner of the board or along the right side of the board.

 How do I access the floating pencil menu if I do not see it on my board?

The floating pencil menu can be hard to see sometimes.  You can “call” the menu by putting two fingers on the screen. You can try switching inputs by swiping up from the bottom of the screen and selecting a different input and then switching back to LUX. 

 How do I access the bottom menu (arrow) if I do not see it at the bottom of my screen?

 If I mirror my computer screen, can I use the Whiteboard feature?

  • Unfortunately, you will need to choose one. You can switch back and forth between the two features using the input menu.

 Can I install any of the apps from the Cleverstore?

Please check the approved list of applications if the app or app developer is not listed, please submit a technology support request.

 How do I remove the code from my Clevertouch board?

  • Tap on the code

  • Tap on the Menu

  • Go to Settings

 Clevershare is not working, what can I do?

To use Clevershare both devices need to be connected to the same network.

The board and/or app may need to be updated

 I’m not connected to Wi-Fi, what can I do?

  • Go to Apps

  • Tap on Settings

  • Tap on Wi-Fi

  • Tap on the toggle switch to turn Wi-Fi off and on again

    • If that does not fix the issue, is there a blue internet connection cable next to the board that you can connect to?

    • Please put in a technology support request ticket

 I want to temporarily stop mirroring, what’s the best way to do that?

Freeze the screen using the remote control that came with the board by pressing the blue button

 My laptop goes to sleep and I have to keep walking back and forth between my laptop and the board, what can I do?
