Google Chrome - Save to/Download PDF Settings
This article will go over how to save something to a PDF using Google Chrome. Users may need this when working in Phoenix or wanting to make a record of something.
To set Chrome to download PDF's
Open Google Chrome to do this
Go to the three vertical dots in the upper right corner and choose settings after clicking the three dots.
In the blue bar, type 'PDF' and your browser will automatically update search results
Click Site Settings.
Scroll down and click PDF documents.
If you do not immediately see PDF documents then you may need to click on "Additional Content Settings" to expand that menu
Switch the on/off button you see either on or off depending on which it is now.
Save As a PDF within Chrome
This method is applicable when opening a PDF and it opens a new tab or window with the document in it.
You can complete this save one of two ways
Select the download icon which is a down arrow pointed at a straight line.
This downloads the file to your selection after pressing the save button
You can also select the printer icon next to the download icon
Select "Save as PDF" as the Destination
Click the blue "Save" button and you'll be asked where to put that file
Save or Print a NOM PDF
This method is done when using Google Chrome
Open the NOM.
Go to the invitation record toward the lower left.
Scroll to the last record on the pop up and click the 'hamburger' to the right of that record.
Select Notice of Meeting from the options.
Hover in the dark gray area at the top of the popup that contains the Notice of Meeting.
Click the printer icon.
Select the destination of 'save to PDF' or 'print to PDF'.
Click Save or Print (the print button may change to show Save).
Follow the prompts to save the document.
