ESI: Caselog - Caselog Maintenance (Administrators)
The Caselog Maintenance screen is used to reassign cases from one Evaluation Chair to another. It can also be used to assign a new Effective Practice Specialist to an Evaluation Chair.
Accessing Caselog Maintenance:
From the main menu, select Admin
Choose Caselog Maintenance
Reassigning cases from one Evaluation Chair (Reassign Cases) to another:
Select the current Evaluation Chair from the Reassign all cases from Evaluation Chair drop-down
Select the new Evaluation Chair from the to drop-down
Reassign
Case reassignment can be verified using the Evaluation Chair Queue or Administrator Queue on the home screen.
Assigning a new Effective Practice Specialist (Update EPS) to an Evaluation Chair:
Select the new Effective Practice Specialist from the Assign drop-down
Select the Evaluation Chair from the as Effective Practice Specialist (EPS) for drop-down
Update EPS
Effective Practice Specialist reassignment can be verified using the Administrator Queue on the home screen.
