The Timeline Compliance Monitoring dashboard provides administrators with real-time insights into IEP and special education meeting compliance across the district. The goal is to help staff quickly identify potential issues, monitor trends, and support timely interventions.
Navigation & Pages
1. Summary
Provides a high-level overview of compliance data across all filters.
Displays key metrics such as the number of meetings held, overdue meetings, and upcoming deadlines.
Use this page to quickly check overall compliance status before drilling into details.
2. By Attending District (ESI)
Breaks down compliance data by partner district.
Allows supervisors and central office leaders to compare compliance performance across districts.
Helpful for identifying systemic issues at the district level.
3. By Attending School (ESI)
Shows compliance data grouped by individual schools within a district.
Useful for building-level administrators to review their compliance standing.
Supports collaboration with principals and school teams for corrective action.
4. By Event Type (Phoenix)
Categorizes compliance data based on event type (e.g., annual reviews, eligibility meetings, re-evaluations).
Helps staff determine if certain types of meetings are more prone to delays or compliance concerns.
5. By Supervisor (ESI)
Displays compliance outcomes organized by supervisory assignment.
Supports supervisors in monitoring their assigned staff and identifying where coaching or support may be needed.
6. By Case Manager (Phoenix)
Breaks down data by individual case managers.

Usage Notes
ESI Data: Reflects data pulled from the Event Scheduling & Information system.
Phoenix Data: Reflects data from Phoenix, the district’s primary IEP management system.
Filtering: Each page allows dynamic filtering to drill down by school, district, supervisor, or case manager.
Best Practice: Start with the Summary page to assess overall compliance, then use detailed views for problem-solving.
