How to Clock On/Off and Review Your Timesheet - 10/12 Month Hourly- WFM Upgraded Version
Objective:
To accurately clock on and off using the Infor WFM application and review timesheets for accuracy.
Grace Periods
In punch - Clock in 10 minutes before scheduled in time, 5 minutes after scheduled in time = scheduled start time
Out punch - Clock out 5 minutes before scheduled off time, 10 minutes after scheduled off time = scheduled end time
This should NOT be used every day.
Lunches do not have grace periods.
The video below uses the Infor GO PC application for the demonstration. The steps and screens are identical to the iOS and Android Infor Go application.

Key Steps:
Log in to the Infor WFM application on a PC, iOS, or Android device.
Navigate to the self-service portal.
Click on the "Clock On" button to start your workday.
Allow location access when prompted for the first time.
Confirm successful clock-in with a green timestamp.
To clock out for breaks or at the end of the day, click on the "Clock Off" button.
Verify successful clock-out with a timestamp.
Access the timesheet by scrolling down the left menu and selecting "Timesheet."
Review your hours logged for each day of the week under "My Timesheet."
Contact the attendance secretary for any discrepancies in your timesheet.
Log out of the system when finished with tasks.

Ensure location access is allowed for accurate clock-ins.

Remember to log out of the system after completing tasks.
