This article provides step-by-step instructions for Technicians to stand up a new laptop or desktop computer running macOS.
Prior to meeting with the user
On the user’s old device, log them into OneDrive and sync their desktop and documents folders.

The user’s email address must exist within Mosyle under Staff accounts. See format below for creating the account. Fill in name (First Last), User ID (flast) and Email (flast@ssdmo.org). Select the “MacOS FY24 Staff Devices” location.
