Phoenix: Caseload Reports

As a result of the work being completed on the caseload calculation, there are 5 caseload reports that will no longer be available in Phoenix/Power BI.  These reports are no longer an accurate source of information as of the start of the 2024-2025 School Year due to the changes in the data and how the data is calculated. As SSD works towards making decisions about the different caseload formulas, determinations will be made about what reports and visualizations would best support work processes.

The reports that will no longer be available include:

  • Caseload - By SSD Administrator (Non-Provider Report)

  • Caseload - By Provider (Provider Report)

  • SLP Caseload Analysis - By District (Non-Provider Report)

  • SLP Caseload Analysis - By District (Non-Provider Report)

  • Social Worker Caseload (Non-Provider Report)

The committee is very interested in your feedback on what caseload reports you used, how you used the caseload reports to make decisions, and what data was the most important to you.  Please submit feedback by going to the SSD Help Center and selecting 'Caseload Reporting Feedback'.
