Before finalizing assessment events in Phoenix, please verify there are no "incorrect dates" banners present in ESI Caselog. If any of these banners are found, refrain from locking the event in Phoenix. Should you encounter any issues, do not hesitate to contact Tech Support at 314.989.8686.

Remember that all events due prior to October 1, 2024, must be completed prior to the end of the school year. Please check your meetings due and/or Open Meetings report for a list of events by due date.

Deleting Events
Before leaving for summer break, verify any events in Phoenix that were in progress are either locked or deleted. To delete events, contact Tech Support at 314.989.8686.
Special Education Coordinators and Directors:
Your district may have students assigned to Administrators rather than Case Managers. To locate and assign these students, run the report Non-Provider > Open Meetings by Attending District for your district using 10/01/2024 as the due date. If a student with no supervisor is not in your schools, please contact Student Data.
