Logging into Adobe

This article is to assist users with the correct username and password to use when logging into Adobe products (Adobe Creative Cloud).

Step-by-step guide

  1. Open the Adobe software installed on your computer or using the Chrome web browser, type www.adobe.com into the address bar.

  2. Click the Sign In button in the top right corner of the page.

  3. On the Adobe Sign-in page, click on the Continue with Google.

  4. If you are already signed into Chrome you will be asked if it is an Adobe ID (personal account) or Enterprise ID (Company or school account). Click to select Enterprise ID.

  5. If you are not currently signed into Chrome, you will be asked to sign in. Use your username@ssdmo.org and your SSD password. You will be asked if it is an Adobe ID (personal account) or Enterprise ID (Company or school account). Click to select Enterprise ID.

  6. On the top, right-hand side of the screen, you will see an app launcher (or “waffle”) for the Adobe applications that you have access to.
