If you experience any issues accessing or navigating through ESI after this release, recommended steps include clearing the cache on your operating system browser and restarting your computer after the cache has been cleared. Instructions can be found on this Technology Services Knowledge Base article: Clearing Cache – Desktop Operating System Browsers.
If you do experience issues that prompt you to clear cache, please submit a ticket to Technology Services so that we know there is work to be done.
