ESI Release Notes - Antennae (4.11) - Release Date: June 6, 2023

If you experience issues accessing or navigating ESI after the release, use the steps in the link below to clear cache from the browser then restart the computer after the cache has been cleared.

Updates and Changes

Application	The ESI logo and SSD branding have been updated to give the application a newer look and to align with district branding	Improvement
Student Search	Student searches are less restrictive so students with missing or incorrect information can be found more easily	Improvement
Student tab	When student information is changed the original information appears in the Student Detail History and Student ID/Grade History panels	Improvement
Contacts tab	The Contacts tab is red with a red flag and a salmon colored line appears on a contact when important information is entered such as court documents or other serious issues An address if marked as the primary address for a student displays on the Active grid The Educational Decision Maker’s oral and written primary language is available if provided on the Codes tab. The tab indicates a “1” when there is information. A PowerBI report is available for this information.	Improvement
Assessment Reports	Assessments older than 3 years can be printed by contacting the Service Desk	Bug
Caselog tab	Word Processors can indicate whether or not a file has been received from the Evaluation Chair Caselogs will no longer remain on the Word Processor’s Queue when the file has not been received	Improvement
