Below are steps to lookup a student's record in ESI.
Basic Search
On the home screen, enter the student's SSD ID
Click the magnifying glass, the student detail appears
Advanced Student Search is located at the bottom of the home screen and offers additional search options to retrieve students.
How to Use the Advanced Student Search Bar
To narrow your search, use the filters to obtain desired search results.
The magnifying glass is used to open information for a selected student when Student Id, MOSIS or Student’s Last Name is used. Enter the information in the field, select the student from the list that appears in the drop-down then click the magnifying glass, the student record opens.
Enter criteria in any of the fields - First Name, Last Name, Grade, DOB, Attending District, Attending School, Home District, Home Schools, ESI Status or Phoenix Program Status to search for students then click Search, matching students will appear in a list where a student can be selected to view detail. The list of students can be exported to Excel.
Select Clear to remove all entered search information.
