Technology Services is responsible for budgeting for and purchasing all devices other than student devices used by the Assistive Technology, Augmentative Communication, Early Childhood, Vision and DHOH departments.

It is recommended that when devices are needed, to start with a Service Ticket to Request quote for purchase as quotes expire generally 30 days after they are created.

For accessories, Individual departments and/or requestors may still budget for and purchase the accessories listed below. When creating a requisition for Apple Computer Equipmentaccessories, please use the "Model Description" as the Description , and "Part #" as the Part Number  and "Proposal #" in the Comment Section in your requisition. You must also include the "Model Description", "Part #" and "Proposal #" for AppleCare on the requisition. AppleCare is the warranty program for Apple products, and it is required to be purchased with each item.Number in your requisition.
