The Status tab provides information about the current status of the student in ESI. Below are steps used to change it.
Step-by-step
Search for student requiring the change by entering the SSD# and clicking on the magnifying glass
Select the Status tab
Status | Description |
Pending-ECSE Coalition | Students transferring from an ECSE Coalition school into Special School District |
Pending-Parent Declined-Services Plan | Student attending private/parochial schools who are eligible for special education services, but parents have declined services at present time |
Pending-Referred | Student is currently referred for an evaluation |
Pending School Change | Student is removed from 1 school, unsure of new school location |
Pending-Transfer | Students transferring into the district |
3. Enter the Program
4. Select the appropriate Status
5. Enter a Status Date
6. Enter a Note if necessary
7. Save
