Step-by-step

  1. Go to Power BI (https://bi.ssdmo.org) on your browser  

  2. Log in using the SSD provided username and password with following format:

  3. Sign In

  4. The homepage appears, select the Special Education Data folder

  5. Select Phoenix Reports

    Image Added

  6. Select Pupil Personnel

    Image Added

  7. Select MOSIS Data Download

    Image Added

  8. Select your district from Attending District

  9. Select an option from Early Childhood

  10. Click View Report

    Image Added

The report appears. The report can be exported to Excel by clicking the diskette then Excel.

Once the report has been exported, it can be opened in Excel to manipulate the data.
