This article assists users with viewing and printing helps users delete progress reports for previous IEPs. 

When a new IEP is locked, progress reports on the Complete panel for the previous IEP are moved to the Plan History page of the Program Summary. They can be viewed and printed from that page.

Accessing Progress Reports for Previous IEPs

Progress reports can be deleted if no longer needed. They can be individually deleted from the student profile>Program Summary>Special Ed or the Dashboard. There is no way to delete multiple reports.

Note

NOTE: Pending Progress Reports created by Phoenix should only be deleted after the Due Date. If they are deleted before the Due Date, the system will recreate them overnight. Once the Due Date has passed the reports can be deleted and will not be recreated. Reports created by the user can be deleted at anytime and will not be recreated.

Deleting Reports from Program Summary>Special Ed

  1. Open the student's profile.

  2. Select Program

  • The list of previous IEP events displays.

  • Click in the row of the IEP event for which you wish to view Progress Reports.

  • The details of the selected IEP display.

  • Use the airplane icon or scroll to the Progress Reports section.

  • Select the Progress Due Date for each set of reports you wish to view. The list expands to display the reports. Multiple Due Dates may need to be selected to print reports for all goals. It is best to select the goal on the list from the most recent Due Date.

  • Printing Progress Reports

    1. Select each goal whose reports you wish to print. Selecting the goal one time will print all reports for that goal. It is best to select the goal on the list for the most recent Due Date.

    2. Click Print.

    3. The Progress Reports are created as a PDF.

    4. Use the PDF toolbar to print the reports.

    2. Scroll or use the airplane icon to ‘fly’ to the Progress Reports section.

    3. Click the Due Date for the report(s) you wish to delete.

      1. Reports can be deleted from either the Pending or Complete panels.

      2. Reminder: Reports on the Pending panel should be deleted after the Due Date, or they will be recreated overnight.

    4. The list of reports is displayed.

    5. Select the delete icon for each report you wish to delete.

    6. The Confirmation window opens. On the Confirmation window, click Yes.

    7. The report is deleted.

    8. To delete additional reports for the same student, repeat steps 6 and 7.


    Deleting Reports from the Dashboard

    1. Log into Phoenix or click the Phoenix logo to open the Dashboard.

    2. Select the Case Manager filter.

    3. Select the link for the reports you wish to delete on the Progress Reports chart.

    4. Click the Due Date to display the list of reports due on that date.

      1. Reminder: Reports should be deleted after the Due Date, or they will be recreated overnight.

    5. The list of reports is displayed.

    6. Select the delete icon for each report you wish to delete.

    7. The Confirmation window opens. On the Confirmation window, click “Yes”.

    9. To delete additional reports, repeat steps 3-7.

    The number of reports due on the compliance chart does not immediately update when the report is deleted. It updates when you refresh your screen, log out, or open a different program section, then return to the Dashboard.
