infoThe Status tab provides information about the current status of the student in ESI. Below are steps used to change it.
Search for student requiring the change by entering the SSD# and clicking on the magnifying glass
Select the Status tab
Status | Description |
Pending-ECSE Coalition | Students transferring from an ECSE Coalition school into Special School District |
Pending-Parent Declined-Services Plan | Student attending private/parochial schools who are eligible for special education services, but parents have declined services at present time |
Pending-Referred | Student is currently referred for an evaluation |
Pending School Change | Student is removed from 1 school, unsure of new school location |
Pending-Transfer | Students transferring into the district |
3. Enter the Program
4. Select the appropriate Status
5. Enter a Status Date
6. Enter a Note if necessary
7. Save

Information already entered can be deleted using the Delete button with the appropriate permissions. |
