Key Steps:
Clocking In and Out:
Log in to Infor WFM using a web browser or mobile device.
Click the clock button and choose "on" to clock in.
Click the clock button and choose "off" to clock out.
Remember the grace periods for clocking in and out.
Lunch breaks must be clocked in and out at the scheduled time.
Subbing for a Teacher:
Clock in as usual.
Click on "View More" and choose "Change Timecode."
Use the special timecode "SAD - Partner District Teaching Assistant Subbing for Teacher."
Click on "View More" and change the absentee to the teacher you are subbing for.
When done for the day, click "Clock Off."
Switching Back to Regular Work Job:
If you need to switch back to your regular job after subbing:
Clock in as usual.
Click on "View More" and change the timecode by entering "work" and hitting enter on the keyboard. Select "Work - Regular."
Click on "View More" and remove the absentee by entering "UN" and hitting enter on the keyboard. Select “UN ALLOCATED TIME.”
When done for the day, click "Clock Off."
Cautionary Notes
Remember the grace periods for clocking in and out.
Use the correct timecodes when subbing for a teacher.
Ensure to remove the absentee when switching back to your regular work job.
