ESI Caselog is used by Evaluation Chairs for all initial evaluations, all reevaluations with additional data and reevaluations with no additional data where there is a change in eligibility.

School Psychologists and Speech - Language Pathologists

ESI Caselog is used by School Psychologists and Speech-Language Pathologists to monitor compliance for initial and reevaluation cases before locking the event in Phoenix and to submit the report request to Word Processing.

One note about ESI Caselog: Initial Eligibility events are automatically added to your Evaluation Chair Queue and ESI Caselog. Reevaluation events must be added using ESI Caselog, once added it will appear on your Evaluation Chair Queue.
