The Demographics tab is read-only and provides school, grade, disability and LRE information at the time the case was moved to the "COMPLETED" status.. The Demographics tab is only available after the case has been moved to the "COMPLETED" status on the Summary tab. The Attending School, Home School, Grade, Current Primary Disability, and Current LRE fields update as the case progresses. However, Referral Attending School and Referral Home School will not change and reflect the information at the time the case was created.

The Summary, IEP, Personnel, Log, and Device tabs are disabled when the Student Services tab is opened. The Demographics tab becomes visible when a case is moved to the "COMPLETED" status. To activate the tabs, click the Select button on the Case Grid for the case you wish to view. |
Open the Demographics Tab
The Demographics tab is visible when a case has been moved to the "COMPLETED" status.
Select a completed case on the Case Grid.
Select the Demographics tab.

Reminder: The Demographics tab is hidden until the case is "COMPLETED". |
The Referral Attending School and Referral Home School are entered when the case is created and do not update.
The other fields update until the case is moved to the "Completed" status. They reflect the information at the time the case is completed.
