Caseload Management is accessed by selecting the suitcase icon on the header navigation menu.

Caseload Management can be used to manage your caseload and your Watch List. The screen has two views - My Caseload (default) and My Watch List. The list of students are system generated based on their association with you. An association is created if you are assigned as Case Manager, Service Provider, Goal Responsible Staff or Event Primary Staff. Students on your Watch List are added by you or someone else but may not have any other association with you. All columns in the student lists can be sorted or filtered based on your preference.


My Caseload

My Caseload -“I am the Case Manager” is the default list of students when the screen is accessed and shows students whom you are assigned to as case manager. To see all students on your caseload, deselect “I am the Case Manager” , and all students associated with you appear.

Staff assignments can be managed by selecting the checkbox in the Staff column next to a student then selecting the Staff Management button to open the screen where staff assignments can be changed To change staff assignments select the Staff checkbox for the student(s) then select Staff Management to manage assignments for the selected students. Information on staff assignments is here. Return to Caseload Management by selecting the suitcase from the header navigation menu.

The Select the Details (folder) in the Student Name column when selected opens detail and only your staff assignments to to see details for goals and services assigned to you and all Scheduled Event assignments show scheduled events for the student. The solid folder changes to an outline when the details are open. Return to the main screen by selecting the right-arrow on the top header row.

The Quick View (eyeball) provides program details about special education. Select the 'X' to close the window.

Student Name opens the profile. Select the suitcase from the header menu to return to the screen.

Case Manager can be changed inline using Staff Editor.

My Watchlist

My Watchlist is the list of students added by you or someone else. It is the default list of students on the Student List Panel when you login to Phoenix. Your Watch List can be managed on this screen.

Student Search can be used to search for new students using the Student Search window to find and add new students. Select the delete icon to remove a student from your Watch List.

Staff, Details and Quick View work as indicated above.

This list can only be modified by changing staff assignments using Staff Editor or Staff Management.
