If you experience any issues accessing or navigating through ESI after this release, recommended steps include clearing the cache on your operating system browser and restarting your computer after the cache has been cleared. Rationale

Advanced Search (Home Screen)

  • Last Name field accepts apostrophe when used to search for a student

Users can enter the apostrophe in the last name

Contacts tab

  • Any Exceed references has been changed to Phoenix

To remove all Exceed references since Phoenix has replaced Exceed

Caselog tab

  • Any Notice of Action (NOA) references has been changed to Prior Written Notice (PWN)

DESE Compliance

Student Services tab - Student Services Manager / Case Grid

  • A new column has been added to show the number of active devices.

Student Services tab - Device Tab

  • A button has been added to toggle between displaying active and inactive devices. When the Device tab is selected, the button defaults to ‘Active’.

  • A column has been added to the Device grid showing the Status of the device

  • A field has been added to Device Details to change the Device Status to either ‘Active’ or ‘Inactive’.

  • The Device Provided By field has moved to the second column.

  • The status of all devices with ‘Inactive’ entered in the ‘Model #’ column has been changed to ‘Inactive’. All others will need to be changed manually.
